The invention discloses a high-speed railway intelligent driving scheduling system and a method, and the system comprises a driving integrated information platform which is connected with a passengerticket information system, a PSCADA system and a disaster monitoring system, achieves the collection of information, and transmits the information to an existing high-speed railway driving schedulingsystem; a train operation plan automatic adjustment module which is used for realizing batch adjustment and automatic adjustment of operation plans, carrying out constraint detection after adjustmentand outputting the operation plans to the existing high-speed railway train operation scheduling system; a safety card control module which is used for expanding the self-discipline inspection range on the basis of the self-discipline machine, realizing fixed access card control, station operation card control and dispatching command card control, and sending a result to the existing high-speed railway train operation dispatching system; and a comprehensive simulation platform which is established on an existing high-speed railway train operation dispatching system and used for achieving normal operation drilling, emergency scene simulation drilling and data verification software testing. According to the scheme, the high-speed railway transportation efficiency is improved, and the high-speed railway traffic safety and operation safety are guaranteed.

    本发明公开了一种高速铁路智能行车调度系统及方法,系统包括:行车集成信息平台与客票信息系统、PSCADA系统以及灾害监测系统连接,实现信息汇集,并传送至既有高速铁路行车调度系统;列车运行计划自动调整模块,实现运行计划的批量调整与自动调整,并在调整后进行约束检测,输出至既有高速铁路行车调度系统;安全卡控模块,在自律机基础上,扩展自律检查范围,实现固定进路卡控、车站作业卡可控及调度命令卡控,结果送至既有高速铁路行车调度系统;综合仿真平台建立在既有高速铁路行车调度系统之上,用于实现正常操作演练、应急场景模拟演练以及数据验证软件测试。该方案提升了高速铁路运输效率,保障高速铁路行车安全和运营安全。
