The invention provides an empty train allocation method and system based on a railway scheduling contour plan, and relates to the technical field of railway scheduling, and the method comprises the steps: obtaining first information, and the empty train running cost and constraint information of an arc segment, and the first information comprises a station set, a train type set and an arc segment set; establishing a relational expression between the empty vehicle flow of the arc section and the empty vehicle allocation number of the stations according to the first information; calculating all empty vehicle running fees according to the empty vehicle flow of the arc section and the empty vehicle running fees of the arc section, and taking the minimum of all empty vehicle running fees as a target function; enabling the target function to meet a constraint condition, and obtaining an empty vehicle allocation model; and solving and optimizing the empty vehicle allocation model through a greedy algorithm and a preset optimization strategy to obtain an optimal allocation scheme. According to the empty vehicle allocation method, manual compilation is replaced, the compilation efficiency is improved, historical data does not need to be used for reference, the daily actual loading and unloading difference of the railway bureau serves as the allocation basis, and the allocation scheme most suitable for the day is obtained.

    本发明提供了一种基于铁路调度轮廓计划的空车调配方法及系统,涉及铁路调度技术领域,包括获取第一信息、弧段的空车走行费用和约束信息,所述第一信息包括站点集合、车种集合和弧段集合;根据第一信息建立弧段的空车流量与站点之间空车调配数量的关系式;根据弧段的空车流量和弧段的空车走行费用计算所有空车走行费用,以所有空车走行费用最小为目标函数;使目标函数满足约束条件,得到空车调配模型;通过贪心算法和预设优化策略对空车调配模型进行求解优化,得到最优调配方案。本发明提出的空车调配方法代替了人工编纂,提高了编纂效率,并且无需借鉴历史数据,以路局每天实际的装卸差为调配依据,得到最适用于当天的调配方案。
