The invention relates to a planetary series-parallel system and a vehicle, the planetary series-parallel system comprises an engine, a transmission mechanism, a first motor, a second motor, a power interruption mechanism and a power output shaft, the engine, the first motor and the second motor are connected through the transmission mechanism, the transmission mechanism is connected with the poweroutput shaft through the power interruption mechanism, and the power output shaft is connected with a transmission axle. In a parking power generation mode or a sliding power generation mode, the power interruption mechanism is disconnected, the engine drives the first motor and the second motor to generate power at the same time, compared with the mode that only one motor is controlled to generate power, the risk of over-temperature of the motors is avoided, the output power of the engine does not need to be limited accordingly, and the power generation power, the power generation rate and the power generation efficiency of the system are improved. And meanwhile, the first motor and the second motor are controlled to jointly participate in power generation, and rapid charging of the vehicle under the urgent need condition is achieved.
