The invention relates to a planetary oil-electric series-parallel dual-drive hybrid power system, and solves the problems that a conventional single-drive hybrid power system is limited in gradeability at a low speed and is lower in transmission efficiency at a high speed. The planetary oil-electric series-parallel dual-drive hybrid power system comprises a front planet row, a rear planet row, a brake, a clutch and a motor system, wherein the front planet row comprises a front planet carrier power input shaft, a front sun wheel and a front gear; the rear planet row comprises a rear sun wheel shaft, a rear planet carrier master frame, and a rear gear; the motor system comprises a motor/engine MG I, and a motor/engine MG II; the front sun wheel is supported on the front planet carrier power input shaft through a sliding bearing; the rear sun wheel is matched with the front gear through a spline; the rear sun wheel shaft is matched with the motor/engine MG II through a spline; the rear planet carrier master frame is matched with a power output shaft through a spline; the motor/engine MG I is matched with the front planet carrier power input shaft through a sliding bearing, and is connected with the front sun wheel through a spline.
