The invention discloses a dual-clutch planetary petrol-electric hybrid dual-mode hybrid power system, which solves the problems of limited climbing capacity at low speed and lower transmission efficiency in a high-speed region of a single-mode hybrid power system. The dual-clutch planetary petrol-electric hybrid dual-mode hybrid power system comprises a front planetary row, a back planetary row, dual clutches and a motor system, wherein the dual clutches consist of a low-speed clutch and a high-speed clutch; the front planetary row comprises a planetary carrier power input shaft, a front-row sun wheel and a front-row gear ring; the back planetary row comprises a middle transmission shaft, a back-row gear ring, a back-row sun wheel and a back-row planetary carrier main frame; the left end of the middle transmission shaft is cooperated with the front-row gear ring, and the right end of the middle transmission shaft is fixedly connected with a piston cylinder of the low-speed clutch; the back-row sun wheel is supported on the middle transmission shaft; the motor system comprises a motor/generator MG I and a motor/generator GM II; the motor/generator MG I is cooperated with the front-row planetary carrier power input shaft and is connected with the front-row sun wheel; and the motor/generator GM II is cooperated with the middle transmission shaft and is connected with the back-row sun wheel.
