The invention discloses a double-clutch hybrid power driving system which is characterized in that an engine is fixed with double clutches, a GM motor assembly is matched with the double clutches to form a revolute pair, an outer input shaft is sleeved on an inner input shaft, and the inner input shaft and the outer input shaft are respectively connected with the double clutches; the outer input shaft driving gear is fixed on the outer input shaft, the inner input shaft driving gear is fixed on the inner input shaft, the first main reduction driving gear, the outer input shaft driven gear and the inner input shaft driven gear are fixed on the first intermediate shaft, and the outer input shaft driven gear is constantly meshed with the outer input shaft driving gear. The inner input shaft driven gear is constantly meshed with the inner input shaft driving gear; the main reduction driven gear is connected with the differential mechanism assembly, and the main reduction driven gear is constantly meshed with the first main reduction driving gear; and the TM motor assembly is matched with the main reduction driven gear to form a revolute pair. The design is simplified, meanwhile, the overall reliability is improved, and the part cost is reduced.
