The invention relates to a double-direct-current power supply series-parallel connection switching circuit and a charging system. The circuit comprises a direct-current power supply A, a direct-current power supply B, a diode D1, a diode D2 and a switch K1. A positive electrode of the direct-current power supply A is connected with a negative electrode of the diode D1, and the negative electrode of the direct-current power supply A is connected with the negative electrode of the diode D2 and one end of the switch K1; the positive electrode of the direct-current power supply B is connected withthe positive electrode of the diode D1 and the other end of the switch K1, and the negative electrode of the direct-current power supply B is connected with the positive electrode of the diode D2; and the positive electrode of the direct-current power supply A and the negative electrode of the direct-current power supply B serve as output ends. In the invention, convenient and stable series-parallel connection switching of the two direct-current power supplies is realized, economical efficiency is high, series-parallel connection switching between the power supplies with different rated voltages can be realized, current backflow is prevented, and damage of circuit circulation is avoided.
