The invention provides a vehicle charging module series-parallel connection switching circuit and a vehicle charging pile. The vehicle charging module series-parallel connection switching circuit comprises a first switching circuit and a second switching circuit. The first switch circuit comprises a first electric connection end, a second electric connection end and a third electric connection end, and the first electric connection end is electrically connected with the second electric connection end or the third electric connection end; the second switch circuit comprises a fourth electric connection end, a fifth electric connection end and a sixth electric connection end, and the fourth electric connection end is electrically connected with the fifth electric connection end or the sixth electric connection end; the positive end of the first charging module is electrically connected with the load input end through a first wire. The load output end is electrically connected with the negative end of the second charging module through a second wire. The first electric connection end is electrically connected with the negative electrode end of the first charging module, the second electric connection end is electrically connected with the second wire, the third electric connection end is electrically connected with the fifth electric connection end, the fourth electric connection end is electrically connected with the positive electrode end of the second charging module, and the sixth electric connection end is electrically connected with the first wire. According to the invention, circuit loss is reduced.
