The invention discloses a vehicle driving risk assessment method and device and a computer readable storage medium, and the method comprises the steps: obtaining the position of a vehicle and the positions of obstacles around the vehicle in real time, and enabling the obstacles to comprise a static obstacle and a moving obstacle; carrying out ellipse correction on the relative positions of the vehicle and the obstacles; determining the field intensity of a potential energy field generated by the static obstacle to the vehicle according to the corrected relative positions of the vehicle and thestatic obstacle, and determining the field intensity of a kinetic energy field generated by the moving obstacle to the vehicle according to the corrected relative positions of the vehicle and the moving obstacle; determining the field intensity of a behavior field formed by a driver of the vehicle; and determining the field intensity of the driving risk field of the vehicle according to the fieldintensity of the potential energy field, the field intensity of the kinetic energy field and the field intensity of the behavior field. According to the embodiment of the invention, the anisotropy ofthe vehicle risk field is considered, and the driving risk assessment and analysis of the vehicle under the full-road-section multi-obstacle condition can be realized.
