The invention discloses an omnibearing detection mechanical arm special for a mining robot. The omnibearing detection mechanical arm is arranged on the upper surface of a carriage of the mining robotand fixed on the carriage through a chassis, and is composed of a plurality of foldable support arms; a free end of the support arm at the tail end of the omnibearing detection mechanical arm is provided with a probe for collecting underground images and field environmental parameters; the probe can horizontally rotate and can swing up and down around the support arm at the tail end so as to enable the support arm at the tail end to always keep horizontal or facing any directions when the omnibearing detection mechanical arm is folded or unfolded to any states; the support arm at the head endof the omnibearing detection mechanical arm is connected with the chassis through a second adjusting device; the support arms of the omnibearing detection mechanical arm are sequentially connected endto end through a first adjusting device; and the support arm at the tail end of the omnibearing detection mechanical arm is connected with the probe through the first adjusting device. The omnibearing detection mechanical arm special for the mining robot is firm in structure and small in shape and can carry out omnibearing detection under a mine in an extreme environment.

    本发明公布一种矿用机器人专用全方位探测机械臂,该机械臂设置在矿用机器人的车箱上表面,机械臂通过底盘固定在车箱上,机械臂由多个可折叠的支臂构成,其末端支臂的自由端设置有用于井下图像和现场环境参数采集的探测头,探测头可水平转动,且可以绕末端支臂上下摆动,使其能在机械臂折叠或展开至任意状态时,均能保持水平或朝向任意方向;机械臂的首端支臂与底盘之间通过第二调节装置相连,机械臂的各支臂之间通过第一调节装置依次首尾相连,机械臂的末端支臂与探测头之间通过第一调节装置相连。本发明的目的是提供一种矿用机器人专用全方位探测机械臂,其结构坚固、外形小巧,可以在极端环境下进行矿井下的全方位探测。
