Each of the first sanding unit, the second sanding unit, the third sanding unit and the fourth sanding unit comprises a sanding cylinder, a sanding pipe and a barrier plate, is horizontally arranged and is positioned on the lower side of the sanding pipe, a guide hole is formed in the barrier plate, and the guide hole is used for sanding dry sand in the sanding pipe to a tire when the sanding pipe moves forwards; the barrier plate is used for blocking the lower end of the sanding pipe to stop sanding when the sanding pipe moves backwards; the first sand spraying unit, the second sand spraying unit, the third sand spraying unit and the fourth sand spraying unit are arranged to be matched with one another to complete all sand spraying on the four tires, so that the slipping probability of the locomotive is reduced no matter the locomotive advances or retreats.

    本发明公开了一种为矿用电车全方位撒砂的系统,包括:前轮胎撒砂机构和后轮胎撒砂机构,前轮胎撒砂机构包括:第一撒砂单元、第二撒砂单元、前连动杆,后轮胎撒砂机构包括:第三撒砂单元、第四撒砂单元、后连动机构,第一撒砂单元、第二撒砂单元、第三撒砂单元、第四撒砂单元均包括:撒砂筒,撒砂管,阻挡板,水平设置,位于撒砂管的下侧,其上开设有导向孔,导向孔用于撒砂管向前运动时撒砂管内的干砂通过导向孔向轮胎撒砂,阻挡板用于撒砂管向后运动时对撒砂管的下端进行阻挡停止撒砂;本发明通过设置第一撒砂单元、第二撒砂单元、第三撒砂单元、第四撒砂单元相互配合对四个轮胎完成全部撒砂,使得机车无论在前进还是后退都减少打滑的几率。
