The invention provides a compact deck folded crane for a ship. The crane comprises a deck hoisting cabin, mounting bases, pin holes, plungers of rotary cylinders I, limiting hinge mechanisms, pins I,first suspension arms, telescopic cylinders I, auxiliary suspension arms I, auxiliary suspension arms II, hinges, a cabin cover, a screw group, fixed bases, rotary cylinders II, hoisting triangular frames, movable hinges, cylinder bodies of telescopic cylinders II, piston rods of the telescopic cylinder II, a rotating beam shaft, a pulley, second suspension arms and an auxiliary cabin cover, wherein during use, the folded crane is unfolded step by step through a hydraulic cylinder control system, the rotary cylinders I drive the two first suspension arms, the two hoisting triangular frames andthe two second suspension arms to rotate by 90 degrees, then the telescopic cylinders I extend to push the hoisting triangular frames and the second suspension arms to enable the first suspension arms to be attached to a deck, the rotary cylinders II drive the hoisting triangular frames and the second suspension arms to rotate to enable the hoisting triangular frames to be attached to the deck, finally, the telescopic cylinders II push the second suspension arms to rotate, and a lifting rope is put down through the pulley. The crane is applicable to recycling machines and transportation machines.

    本发明提供一种船用紧凑型甲板折叠吊机,包括有甲板吊舱、安装基座、销孔、回转缸一的柱塞、限位铰链机构、销一、第一吊臂、伸缩缸一、辅助吊臂一、辅助吊臂二、铰链、吊舱盖、螺钉组、固定基座、回转缸二、起吊三角架、活动铰链、缩缸二的缸体、伸缩缸二的活塞杆、转动横梁轴、滑轮、第二吊臂、副吊舱盖;使用时,通过液压缸控制系统逐级展开折叠吊,回转缸一带动两组第一吊臂、两组起吊三角架和两组第二吊臂旋转90度,而后伸缩缸一伸长推动起吊三角架和第二吊臂,使第一吊臂与甲板贴合;回转缸二带动起吊三角架和第二吊臂旋转,使起吊三角架与甲板贴合;最后伸缩缸二推动第二吊臂转动,通过滑轮放下吊绳。本发明适用于回收机和运输机械。
