The invention discloses an aircraft wing mounting method which comprises the following steps: step 1, positioning is carried out by using a wing tool and an assembly hole, a rear beam assembly and anoil tank upper skin assembly are formed under a rack, the error of the assembly hole is 0.1mm, and 1-11 partition plate pieces are accurately positioned on the wing tool; step 2, a lower wing surfaceslide rail for a wing lower wing surface skin is positioned to form a wing framework; step 3, a wing lower stringer, a lower skin, a flap cabin lower skin and an aileron cabin lower skin are positioned by the tool; and step 4, the wing lower stringer, the lower skin, the flap cabin lower skin and the aileron cabin lower skin are detached, and a wing upper stringer, an upper skin, a flap cabin upper skin and an aileron cabin upper skin are positioned by the tool. By the adoption of the wing installation process, through an upper wing surface slide rail and the lower wing surface slide rail, a partition plate framework is tightly attached to the upper wing surface skin and the lower wing surface skin, the skins are effectively prevented from being swung and sunken, and local deformation generated after drilling and riveting is greatly reduced.
本发明公开了一种飞机机翼的安装方法,包括的步骤有:步骤1:采用机翼工装,利用装配孔定位,架下形成后梁组件、油箱上蒙皮组件;装配孔的误差在0.1mm,在机翼工装上准确定位1至11隔板件;步骤2:定位机翼下翼面蒙皮用下翼面滑轨,形成机翼骨架;步骤3:工装定位机翼下部长桁、下部蒙皮、襟翼舱下蒙皮、副翼舱下蒙皮;步骤4:拆除机翼下部长桁、下部蒙皮、襟翼舱下蒙皮、副翼舱下蒙皮;工装定位机翼上部长桁、上部蒙皮、襟翼舱上蒙皮、副翼舱上蒙皮;等。采用本发明的机翼安装流程,通过上翼面滑轨和下翼面滑轨,使隔板骨架与上翼面蒙皮和下翼面蒙皮紧密贴合,有效防止蒙皮鼓动、凹陷,大大减少了钻孔及铆接后产生的局部变形。
