The invention discloses a marine main engine fixing method accurate in positioning and firm in locking, which comprises the following steps: (1) after a marine main engine is positioned, drilling mainengine legs, a cushion block and a main engine base on a main engine at the same time on site by using a magnetic base bench drill, and then carrying out reaming; (2) machining bolts, namely, machining the outer diameters and threads of the bolts according to the size after reaming, wherein the outer diameters of the bolts are 0.018-0.025mm larger than the diameters of the reamed holes of the main engine legs, the main machine base and the cushion block; (3) freezing the bolts at the freezing temperature from minus 32 DEG C to minus 35 DEG C for 0.5h to 1.5h generally; and (4) taking out thefrozen bolts, and immediately placing the frozen bolts into the main engine legs and the main engine. The invention provides the marine main engine fixing method accurate in positioning and firm in locking, which is convenient in installation and good in positioning reliability.
