The invention discloses a fully-independent suspension steering drive axle hydraulic system. The hydraulic system involves a fixing frame, a suspension, wheels, a suspension oil cylinder and a hydraulic system body, wherein the wheels are mounted on the fixing frame through the suspension, the hydraulic system body drives the suspension oil cylinder to stretch, the hydraulic system body involves aplurality of pipelines, a plurality of valve groups, an energy accumulator and a hydraulic pump, and the hydraulic pump is matched with the first valve group through a first pipeline to communicate with the suspension oil cylinder to drive the suspension oil cylinder to stretch; and the energy accumulator is matched with the second valve group through a second pipeline to communicate with the suspension oil cylinder, the energy accumulator contains hydraulic oil discharged when the suspension oil cylinder is compressed and provides the oil for the suspension oil cylinder when the suspension oil cylinder extends, and a piston rod end cavity of the suspension oil cylinder communicates with a piston rod cavity through a third pipeline to be used for locking the position of the suspension oilcylinder. A left half axle and a right half axle can be controlled to achieve suspension function, so that the impact borne by a tractor is better adjusted or buffered, and the stability of tractor driving is improved.

    本申请公开了提供一种全独立式悬浮转向驱动桥液压系统,包括固定架、悬架、车轮、悬浮油缸和液压系统,所述车轮通过悬架安装在固定架上,所述液压系统驱动悬浮油缸伸缩,所述液压系统包括多条管路、多个阀组、蓄能器和液压泵,所述液压泵通过第一管路配合第一阀组连通悬浮油缸,驱动悬浮油缸伸缩;所述蓄能器通过第二管路配合第二阀组连通悬浮油缸,所述蓄能器容纳悬浮油缸压缩时排出的液压油,并在悬浮油缸伸长时为悬浮油缸供油,所述悬浮油缸的活塞杆端腔体与活塞杆腔体通过第三管路连通,用于锁定悬浮油缸的位置,能够控制左右半桥分别实现悬浮功能,更好地调节或缓冲拖拉机所受到的冲击,改善拖拉机驾驶的平稳性。
