The invention discloses an equipment failure recognition method. The method comprises the steps of collecting acceleration data of a set component of equipment in a set direction in a running process;catching a whole acceleration data signal that the equipment runs once; transforming the whole acceleration data signal that the equipment runs once to obtain a detail factor of the signal; reconstructing the obtained detail factor to obtain acceleration data having a practical meaning, and meanwhile, acquiring 5D data of the running signal; and according to features of the reconstructed acceleration data and the 5D data, confirming a running state of an elevator through identification equipment; if an abrupt change is present, recording information including abrupt change amplitude, a location and the like, and performing analysis according to an abrupt change failure and failure models; and if no abrupt change is found by deep analysis, making abrupt change-free type failure handling, performing contrastive analysis according to a corresponding failure model, and giving out failure probability, a reason and maintenance advices. The equipment failure recognition method can acquire the equipment state in real time, and determines the problem of equipment according to relevant features.

    本发明揭示了一种设备故障识别方法,包括:采集设备设定部件运行过程中设定方向的加速度数据;抓取到设备运行一次完整的加速度数据信号;将设备运动一次的完整加速度数据信号进行变换,得到信号的细节因数;对获取的细节因数进行重构,得到有实际意义的加速度数据,同时获取到此次运行信号的五维数据;根据重构后的加速度数据的特征和五维数据,通过识别设备来确认电梯的运行状态,如果存在突变,则记录突变幅度,位置等信息,并根据突变故障和故障模型进行分析。如果深入分析没有发现突变,则作无突变类别故障处理,根据对应的故障模型进行对比分析,给出故障概率,原因,维修建议。本发明可实时获取设备状态,并根据相关的特征确定设备的问题。
