The invention discloses a fuel cell heat exchange system. The system comprises a fuel cell, a cooling water channel of a heat exchanger, an expansion water tank, a cooling water circulating pump and awater-cooling radiator which are sequentially connected in series in a closed-loop manner, the waste heat recovery water channel of the heat exchanger, a heating water tank and a waste heat recoverywater circulating pump which are sequentially connected in series in a closed-loop manner, and a water heating radiator and a heating water circulating pump which are sequentially connected in seriesin a closed-loop manner. Part of heat generated by the fuel cell is transmitted to the heating water tank through the heat exchanger to provide heat for the water heating radiator, waste heat is dissipated by the water cooling radiator, and original functions and performance of a fuel cell system and an air conditioning system are not affected. Fuel cell waste heat is used for heating, and the energy utilization rate of a fuel cell system is increased; noise pollution of a water-cooling radiator fan is reduced, and space is saved; heat of the fuel cell and the air-conditioning system is fullyutilized, the energy utilization rate of the whole vehicle system is improved, and energy conservation and emission reduction are achieved. The invention further discloses a hydrogen energy tramcar comprising the fuel cell heat exchange system.

    本发明公开一种燃料电池热交换系统,包括依次闭环串联的燃料电池、热交换器的冷却水通道、膨胀水箱、冷却水循环泵和水冷散热器,依次闭环串联的热交换器的废热回收水通道、采暖水箱和废热回收水循环泵,以及采暖水箱依次闭环串联有水暖散热器和供暖水循环泵。燃料电池产生的部分热量通过热交换器传递至采暖水箱,为水暖散热器提供热量,余热由水冷散热器耗散,不影响燃料电池系统、空调系统原有功能及性能。利用燃料电池废热供暖,提高燃料电池系统能量利用率;降低水冷散热器风机噪声污染,节省空间;充分利用燃料电池与空调系统热量,提高整车系统能源利用率,实现节能减排。本发明还公开一种包括上述燃料电池热交换系统的氢能有轨电车。
