The invention discloses a rock face crane beam structure capable of being widely applied to an underground chamber under the weak surrounding rock condition and a design and construction method. The stability requirement of a rock face crane beam under the overhead crane load effect is met, and the advantage of lead duration of the rock face crane beam is guaranteed. The rock face crane beam structure comprises a rock beam base arranged on the surface of a rock face, and the rock surface of the rock beam base refers to a slope. The rock face crane beam structure is characterized in that a concrete rock face beam, an upper attached wall and a lower attached wall are arranged on the rock surface of the rock beam base; the upper attached wall, the concrete rock face beam and the lower attached wall make tight contact with the rock surface of the rock face beam from top to bottom, no structural joint is reserved and overall pouring is achieved; and two common pulled anchor rods, a first high-strength pre-stressed anchor rod and a common pressed anchor rod which are inserted into the rock face are arranged on the concrete rock face beam, a second high-strength pre-stressed anchor rod which is inserted into the rock face is arranged on the upper attached wall, and two common anchor rods which are inserted into the rock face are arranged on the lower attached wall.

    本发明公开了一种可以广泛应用于软弱围岩条件下的地下洞室的岩壁吊车梁结构及设计、施工方法,既满足桥机荷载作用下岩壁吊车梁的稳定性要求,也保证岩壁吊车梁提前工期的优势。其结构包括设置在岩壁表面的岩梁基座,所述岩梁基座的岩面为斜坡面,其特征是,岩梁基座的岩面设置混凝土岩壁梁、上附壁墙和下附壁墙,所述上附壁墙、混凝土岩壁梁和下附壁墙自上而下与岩壁梁的岩面紧密接触不预留结构缝且整体浇筑,混凝土岩壁梁设有插入岩壁内的两根普通受拉锚杆、一根第一高强预应力锚杆和受压普通锚杆,上附壁墙设有一根插入岩壁内的第二高强预应力锚杆,下附壁墙设有两根插入岩壁内的普通锚杆。
