The invention discloses a coordination control method of an LE700 aircraft assembly tool. The method is characterized by comprising the following steps: directly installing an intersection point positioner on the tool by utilizing coordinate points of the intersection point positioner in three-dimensional engineering data, firstly determining a theoretical value of a tool ball of the intersectionpoint positioner connected with a wing on a fuselage tool, and controlling the tolerance of the tool ball of the intersection point positioner within a certain range; then determining an actual measurement value of the tool ball on the fuselage tool; and finally, taking the actual measurement value as an actual theoretical value of the tool ball of the intersection point positioner on the wing tool matched with the actual measurement value, adjusting the value again, controlling the tolerance of the tool ball of the intersection point positioner on the wing tool within a certain range, and finally obtaining the actual measurement value of the tool ball of the intersection point positioner on the wing tool. The serious quality problem that the intersection point positioner cannot be matchedsmoothly due to tolerance accumulation caused by no analog quantity transmission can be avoided by re-adjusting the value of the intersection point positioner.
本发明公开了一种LE700飞机装配工装的协调控制方法,其特征在于:包括利用三维工程数据里交点定位器的坐标点直接安装工装上的交点定位器,首先确定机身工装上与机翼连接的交点定位器的一个工具球的理论值,将交点定位器工具球的公差控制在一定范围内;然后确定机身工装上该工具球的实际测量值;最后,将该实际测量值作为与其配合机翼工装上的交点定位器的工具球的实际理论值,重新调值,将机翼工装上的交点定位器的工具球的公差控制在一定范围内,最终得出机翼工装上的交点定位器的工具球的实际测量值。对交点定位器的重新调值可以避免由于没有模拟量传递而造成的公差累积从而导致交点定位器无法顺利配合的严重质量问题。
