The invention discloses a control method for extremely-low-temperature driving of an electromechanical coupling dual-clutch hybrid power system. According to different requests and working conditions,a HCU sends corresponding instructions to a MCU and a TCU to control an odd clutch in the electromechanical coupling double-clutch hybrid power system to be kept closed in a constant-voltage chargingmode and an even clutches to switch, according to different working condition requirements, among (1) starting to directly enter a constant-voltage charging mode, (2) entering a normal driving mode from constant-voltage charging, or (3) entering the constant-voltage charging mode from normal driving so as to ensure that the vehicle normally runs in an extremely low temperature environment. According to the invention, the engine is controlled according to the actual torque fed back by the motor and the driver demand torque, so that the system not only can meet the driver demand, but also can meet the power supply demand of high-low voltage accessories of the whole vehicle, ensures that the economy and the dynamic property of the whole vehicle are optimal, and can run smoothly in an extremely low temperature environment.

    一种机电耦合双离合混合动力系统极端低温行驶的控制方法,通过HCU根据不同请求及工况,分别向MCU和TCU发出对应指令,控制机电耦合双离合混合动力系统中奇数离合器在恒压充电模式下保持闭合,偶数离合器根据不同工况要求切换①起步直接进入恒压充电模式、②由恒压充电进入正常驾驶模式或③由正常驾驶进入恒压充电模式以保证车辆在极端低温环境下正常运行。本发明根据电机反馈的实际扭矩和驾驶员需求扭矩对发动机进行控制,使系统既能满足驾驶员的需求,又能满足整车高低压附件的供电需求,保证整车的经济性、动力性达到最优,在极端低温环境下也能够顺畅行驶。
