The invention provides an unattended parking charging system based on an electronic map. The system comprises an electronic map, a camera used for recognizing a license plate and transmitting information, an electronic map used for positioning, a mobile terminal with electronic map and communication functions, a background control center used for transmitting information, comparing information andstoring data, and a gate machine used for blocking vehicles. The parking lot information is displayed on the electronic map, the vehicle owner finds the parking lot by himself/herself and pays fees by himself/herself, no manual toll collector is needed, the labor cost of the parking lot is saved, and the vehicle owner can find the parking lot quickly and conveniently.

    本发明提供一种基于电子地图的无人值守停车收费系统,包括电子地图,包括用于识别车牌和传输信息的摄像头,用于定位的电子地图,具有电子地图和通信功能的移动终端,用于传输信息、对比信息、存储数据的后台控制中心,用于阻拦车辆的闸机。本发明在电子地图上显示停车场信息,车主自己寻找停车场,自助缴费,本发明无需人工收费员,节约了停车场的人工费用,方便了车主快速便捷的寻找停车场。
