The invention provides a composite cold-proof material. The composite cold-proof material comprises: a heat insulation gas cavity, wherein a heat insulation gas cavity supporting wall is arranged between the upper cavity wall and the lower cavity wall of the heat insulation gas cavity and in the heat insulation gas cavity; a first heat insulation layer, which is compounded on the heat insulation gas cavity; a second heat insulation layer, which is compounded below the heat insulation gas cavity; a first protective layer, which is compounded outside the first heat insulation layer; and a secondprotective layer, which is compounded outside the second heat insulation layer. The composite cold-proof material has a specific structure; heat transfer at two sides of the cold-proof material can be effectively reduced; cold prevention and heat preservation of the high-speed rail train are realized; and relative stability of the temperature in a carriage is maintained. Meanwhile, through a heatinsulation gas layer almost free of weight, the purpose of effectively blocking heat transfer can be achieved, and good sound insulation and noise reduction performances are achieved. The composite cold-proof material provided by the invention has the advantages of light weight, low heat conductivity coefficient, good cold prevention and heat insulation performances, good sound insulation and noise reduction performances and the like, and facilitates application and popularization in the high-speed rail train.

    本发明提供了一种复合防寒材,包括隔热气体腔;所述隔热气体腔的上、下腔壁之间,在隔热气体腔内设置有隔热气体腔支撑壁;复合在所述隔热气体腔上面的第一隔热层;复合在所述隔热气体腔下面的第二隔热层;复合在所述第一隔热层外面的第一保护层;复合在第二隔热层外面的第二保护层。该复合防寒材具有特定的结构,可以有效降低防寒材两侧的热量传递,实现高铁列车的防寒保温,维持车厢内部温度的相对稳定。而且几乎无重量的隔热气体层,可以实现有效阻隔热量传递的目的,还具有较好的隔音降噪性能。本发明提供的复合防寒材具有质轻、导热系数低,良好的防寒保温性能以及较好的隔音降噪性能等优点,有利于在高铁列车中应用与推广。
