The invention discloses a vehicle illegal whistling positioning recognition method. The method comprises the steps of sound source recognition, Beidou positioning, license plate recognition and information transfer. A honking forbidding area is divided into a plurality of independent detection area units according to the number of lanes; according to the method, a plurality of sound source collection devices are used for acquiring sound source information in respective detection areas, division of labor is clear, and it is ensured that vehicles passing through the range of the no-honking areasare fully monitored; the no-honking areas are subdivided according to multiple equidistant detection lengths; a convolutional deep belief network model is established; the sound feature information can be accurately analyzed and extracted; beidou positioning system, according to the system and the method, the whistling vehicle is positioned, license plate recognition and related information extraction are performed on the positioned vehicle, the illegal whistling vehicle can be quickly positioned, recognized and snapshot, message transmission is performed at the first time, and violation information is imported to a vehicle owner and a traffic management center, so that evidence obtaining and tracking supervision of the illegal whistling vehicle are facilitated.

    本发明公开了一种车辆违法鸣笛定位识别方法,包括声源识别、北斗定位、车牌识别和信息转送;通过将禁鸣区域根据车道数量划分成多个独立的检测区域单元,并在划分为多个等距离检测长度,对禁鸣区域进行细分,利用多个声源采集装置对各自检测区域内的声源信息进行采集,分工明确,保证禁鸣区域范围内经过的车辆得到充分的监控;通过建立卷积深度信念网络模型,能够精准分析和提取声音特征信息,结合北斗定位系统,对鸣笛车辆进行定位,再对定位的车辆进行车牌识别以及相关信息提取,能够对违法鸣笛的车辆快速定位识别和抓拍,并在第一时间进行消息的转送,同时向车主以及交通管理中心导入违章信息,以便于对违章鸣笛车辆的取证和跟踪监管。
