Real-time updating of the power battery parameters can be updated in real time according to the battery impedance measured in real time, and estimation of the power battery state parameters is more accurate. The alternating current heating frequency, current and power parameters of the battery can be updated in real time according to the battery impedance measured in real time, the variable frequency heating temperature rise rate is higher, and the control accuracy is high and simple.
