The invention relates to a non-contact power battery low-temperature heating and charging device. A charging relay is connected in series with a first rectifier filter and then the series unit is connected in parallel with a heating relay; a first end after parallel connection is connected with a receiving coil, and a second end after parallel connection is connected to each battery module selection switch; the heating relay is connected between a receiving device and a plurality of battery module end control switches; and whether to heat the specific battery module or not is determined basedon the on-off of the heating relay and the on-off of the specific battery module selection switch. A main controller acquires battery voltage, current and temperature information and calculates an optimal charging current, an optimal charging voltage, a heating current frequency and/or power required by the battery module, so that the state of a high-frequency alternating magnetic field emitted byan emitting device is controlled and heating is realized at the optimal heating current frequency and the heating current amplitude; the alternating current in the non-contact power battery chargingdevice is used for heating the power battery and thus an external excitation source or an independent excitation source does not need to be arranged and new equipment is not added.

    本发明涉及一种非接触式动力电池低温加热和充电的装置,充电继电器与第一整流滤波器串联后与加热继电器并联,并联后第一端连接接收线圈,并联后的第二端连接到所述每一个电池模组选择开关;加热继电器连接在接收装置和多个电池模组端控制开关之间,加热继电器通断及特定的电池模组选择开关的通断,决定是否为特定电池模组加热;主控制器获取电池电压、电流、温度信息,计算电池模组所需最优充电电流、最优充电电压、加热电流频率和/或功率,从而控制发射装置发出的高频交变磁场状态,实现以最优加热电流频率和加热电流幅值加热;利用非接触式动力电池充电装置中的交流电对动力电池进行加热,实现无需外接或者设置单独的激励源,不增加新的设备。
