The deep sea four-track hydraulic direct-drive self-adaptive all-terrain chassis can be suitable for underwater 1000-4000 m environment operation, can also be used for non-pavement operation of mines, coastal mines, landform mines and the like, can freely go straight and steer, can freely adjust the posture and the ground clearance, and can actively intervene to achieve leveling of a vehicle body and stable groundgripping.

    本发明公开了一种深海四履带液压直驱自适应全地形底盘,涉及采矿设备技术领域,包括履带轮、车架、悬挂机构、转向机构,四个所述履带轮通过悬挂机构分别与所述车架四个角连接,所述车架的前后两端分别对称安装有所述转向机构,所述转向机构与所述履带轮铰接,所述转向机构包括转向节组件、连接组件、双出杆油缸、转向架,所述双出杆油缸通过所述转向架与所述车架底部连接,所述双出杆油缸两端分别通过连接组件与两侧所述转向节连接。本发明可适用于水下1000~4000米环境作业,也可用于矿山,滨海,地形矿山等非路面作业,能够自由直行和转向,自由调节姿态和离地间隙,可以主动干预实现车身调平和稳定抓地。
