The invention provides a passenger car power battery cooling system circulating waterway system which comprises an air conditioner, an air conditioner water outlet, a water supplementing and degassingvalve, a water pump, a battery and an air conditioner water return end. The water replenishing and degassing valve is a four-way joint; an adjusted air conditioner water outlet is connected with thevalve water inlet of the water replenishing and degassing valve; the valve water outlet of the water replenishing degassing valve is connected with a water pump; a circulating valve is arranged between the valve water inlet and the valve water outlet of the water replenishing and degassing valve; the water pump is connected with the battery water inlet end of the battery; the battery water outletend of the battery is connected with the air conditioner water return end of the air conditioner; an expansion water tank and a heat exchanger in the air conditioner are connected with the air conditioner water outlet of the air conditioner; a degassing pipe Iof the expansion water tank is connected with a degassing valve on the water replenishing degassing valve; and an external water valve on the water replenishing and degassing valve is connected with an external water path. According to the scheme, the water replenishing and degassing valve is operated to add water to the waterway for thefirst time through external positive pressure filling, and meanwhile air in the pipeline can be rapidly exhausted; operation is easy; work is safe and reliable; and efficiency is high.

    本发明公开了一种客车动力电池冷却系统循环水路系统,包括空调、空调出水口、补水除气阀、水泵、电池和空调回水端;补水除气阀为四通接头;调的空调出水口连接补水除气阀的阀门进水口;补水除气阀的阀门出水口连接水泵;补水除气阀的阀门进水口和阀门出水口之间为循环阀;水泵与电池的电池进水端连接;电池的电池出水端与空调的空调回水端连接;空调内部的膨胀水箱和换热器均与空调的空调出水口连接;膨胀水箱的除气管Ⅰ与补水除气阀上的除气阀连接;补水除气阀上的外接水阀与外部水路连接。本案操作补水除气阀通过外部正压加注对水路进行首次加水的同时可以快速排出管路内部的空气;操作简便,工作安全可靠,效率高。
