The invention discloses an automatic lifting device of a vibroseis and a control method. The automatic lifting device comprises an automatic lifting device pressing plate, an air spring, an oil cylinder, an electric control reversing valve, an electric control overflow valve and a control unit. The control unit is electrically connected with the electric control reversing valve and the electric control overflow valve and used for controlling reversing of the electric control reversing valve and the opening degree of the overflow valve, a shock excitation system is connected with a vibrating source vehicle through the pressing plate, the oil cylinder is fixed to the vibrating source vehicle, and the top end of an oil cylinder piston rod is fixedly connected with the upper surface of the pressing plate. The pressing plate is connected with the shock excitation plate through the air spring; the control unit controls the piston rod of the oil cylinder to stretch out and draw back by changing the electric control reversing valve, and drives the pressing plate and the vibroseis to ascend and descend. The oil way direction and the oil pressure of the oil cylinder are controlled, when thepressure of the pressing plate, the distance between the pressing plate and the shock excitation plate, the oil pressure and other parameters meet set conditions, automatic lifting of the shock excitation system is completed, and matching and separation between the shock excitation plate and a soil body are achieved.

    本发明公开了一种可控震源的自动升降装置及控制方法,自动升降装置压板、空气弹簧、油缸、电控换向阀、电控溢流阀、控制单元;控制单元分别与电控换向阀、电控溢流阀电连接,分别用于控制电控换向阀的换向与溢流阀的打开程度,激震系统与震源车通过压板连接,油缸固定在震源车体上,油缸活塞杆顶端与压板上表面固定连接;压板与激震板之间通过空气弹簧连接;控制单元通过改变电控换向阀,从而控制油缸活塞杆的伸缩,带动压板与可控震源升降。通过控制油缸油路方向与油压大小,在压板压力、压板与激震板之间的距离、油压等参数符合设定条件时,完成激震系统的自动升降,实现了激震板与土体之间的契合与脱离。
