The invention relates to a controllable damping self-induction/regulation vibration-absorption support based on a magneto-rheological damper. The vibration-absorption support comprises a fixed supportbody, a supporting frame, the magneto-rheological damper, a sensor and a controller. The fixed support is hinged to the supporting frame. The two ends of the magneto-rheological damper are in pivoting connection with the fixed support body and the supporting frame correspondingly. The magneto-rheological damper comprises a cylinder, a piston rod, a linear bearing, a driving coil and a floating piston. The bottom end of the cylinder is in pivoting connection with the supporting frame. The piston rod extends into the cylinder through the linear bearing. The upper end of the piston rod is located outside the cylinder and in pivoting connection with the fixed support body. The lower end of the piston rod is located in the cylinder and provided with the driving coil. The cylinder is filled with magneto-rheological liquid. The piston rod is provided with a seal ring so that the magneto-rheological liquid can be sealed in a cylinder body. The controller is electrically connected with the sensor and the driving coil. The technical problem that an existing vibration-absorption structure is complicated and poor in vibration-absorption effect and shortens the operating time of a machine to acertain extent is solved.

    本发明涉及一种基于磁流变阻尼器的可控阻尼自感应调节减振支架,包括固定支架、支撑架、磁流变阻尼器、传感器和控制器,固定支架与支撑架铰接,磁流变阻尼器的两端分别与固定支架和支撑架轴转连接;磁流变阻尼器包括缸筒、活塞杆、直线轴承、驱动线圈和浮动活塞,缸筒的底端与支撑架轴转连接;活塞杆通过直线轴承伸入至缸筒内;活塞杆的上端位于缸筒外,并与固定支架轴转连接;活塞杆的下端位于缸筒内,并设有驱动线圈;缸筒内填充有磁流变液,活塞杆上通过设置密封圈将磁流变液密封在缸体内;控制器分别与传感器和驱动线圈电连接,解决了现有的减振结构较为复杂、减振效果差以及在一定程度上缩短机器的作业时间的技术问题。
