The invention belongs to the technical field of airplane control human sensing system design and particularly relates to a torsion type airplane control human sensing mechanism with the adjustable starting torque and an adjusting method. At present, the torsion body type force sensing starting force is not easy to accurately adjust, the number of machined parts is large, a large number of materials are consumed, moreover, the size and the weight of the mechanism are increased, and starting force adjustment is complex. The mechanism is characterized in that a plurality of counterbores are formed in the circumferential direction of a first adjusting disc and the circumferential direction of a second adjusting disc, and the first adjusting disc and the second adjusting disc are respectively provided with a second arc protrusion and a third arc protrusion; the torsion body has torsion elasticity, and a plurality of threaded holes are formed on end faces of two sides of the torsion body; and a rotating shaft sequentially penetrates through the first adjusting disc, the torsion body, the second adjusting disc and an anchoring disc. The mechanism is advantaged in that by adjusting different installation angle positions of the first adjusting disc and the second adjusting disc on the torsion body, adjustment of the force sense starting force of the aircraft control torsion body is completed accurately, easily, conveniently and efficiently, the number of used parts is small, reliability is high, consumed materials are small, the size and weight of the mechanism are reduced, and costis reduced.

    本发明属于飞机操纵人感系统设计技术领域,具体涉及一种启动力矩可调的扭转式飞机操纵人感机构及调整方法。目前扭转体式力感启动力不易精确调整,其加工零件多,耗费材料多,同时增加了机构体积和重量,而且启动力调节较为复杂。本发明中第一调整盘和第二调整盘在周向具有若干沉头孔,并分别具有第二圆弧凸起和第三圆弧凸起;所述扭转体具有扭转弹性,且在两侧的端面上具有若干螺纹孔;所述转轴依次穿过第一调整盘、扭转体、第二调整盘和锚定盘。通过调整第一调整盘、第二调整盘在扭转体上的不同安装角位置,精确、简便、高效的完成飞机操纵扭转体式力感启动力的调整,其使用零件少,可靠性高,耗材料少,减轻了机构体积和重量,减小了成本。
