The invention discloses a lateral pushing device for a cross-flow-resistant cable-free underwater robot. The lateral pushing device comprises a fixed cross-shaped disc, a rotary cross-shaped rotary disc, a direction adjusting motor, a driving gear, a driven gear, a pushing motor and lateral pushing propellers, wherein the fixed cross-shaped disc is fixedly mounted on the cable-free underwater robot, the rotary cross-shaped rotary disc is coaxially and rotatably mounted on the fixed cross-shaped disc through a rotary shaft, the direction adjusting motor is mounted on the fixed cross-shaped disc, the driving gear is mounted on a rotating shaft of a steering motor, the driven gear is mounted on a rotating shaft of the rotary cross-shaped rotary disc, the driving gear is meshed with the drivengear, at least two propelling motors are symmetrically installed on the periphery of the rotating cross-shaped rotary disc, the number of the lateral propelling propellers is the same as that of thepropelling motors, the lateral propelling propellers are installed on rotating shafts of the propelling motors respectively, and the rotating shafts of the propelling motors are perpendicular to the rotating shaft of the rotating cross-shaped rotating disc. The lateral pushing device is advantaged in that transverse flow resistance of the AUV can be realized, and safety and stability of the AUV inthe working process are ensured.
本发明公开了一种用于抗横流无缆水下机器人的侧推装置,包括固定十字圆盘、旋转十字转盘、调向电机、主动齿轮、从动齿轮、推进电机和侧推螺旋桨;固定十字圆盘固定安装在无缆水下机器人上,旋转十字转盘通过转轴同轴转动安装在固定十字圆盘上,调向电机安装在固定十字圆盘上,主动齿轮安装在调向电机的旋转轴上,从动齿轮安装在旋转十字转盘的转轴上,主动齿轮与从动齿轮相啮合,推进电机至少两个,对称安装在旋转十字转盘的外周,侧推螺旋桨的数量与推进电机的数量一致,分别安装在推进电机的旋转轴上,且推进电机的旋转轴与旋转十字转盘的转轴相垂直。本发明可实现AUV对横向流的可抗性,保证AUV工作过程的安全性与稳定性。
