The invention relates to a double-rocker anti-roll vehicle steering system and a steering method thereof. The vehicle steering system is characterized in that two rear wheels of a tricycle are connected through a transverse pull rod, the transverse pull rod is connected with a tricycle body through two rockers, the rockers are hinged to the tricycle body and the transverse pull rod, and problems that a driver of a common tricycle overcomes the discomfort of centrifugal force when turning over and a traditional tricycle cannot turn over at a high speed are solved. The vehicle steering system isadvantaged in that the steering wheel is semicircular, so the length of a steel rope between a pulley and the rocker is linearly changed when the steel rope is pulled, and sudden out-of-control of the vehicle due to excessive sudden change is avoided. The steel ropes are arranged in a twice-crossed mode so as to smoothly change inclination of the rocker and the vehicle body and reduce the torquerequired by operation of a driver, moreover, the two pulleys are fixed on the vehicle body, so the friction force of the steel rope can be reduced, and the force required by driver operation is reduced.
