The invention provides an integrated wheel hub shock absorption and noise reduction structure, which comprises an elastic module body, wherein the elastic module body wraps the outer surface of a wheel hub in a self-adaptive mode to form a composite material structure, a sound absorption cavity is formed between the inner wall of the elastic module body and the surface of the wheel hub, a sound absorption structure is arranged on the outer wall of the elastic module body, the integrally formed elastic module body is made of an elastic material, and the wheel hub is wrapped through the elasticity of the material to prevent the slipping phenomenon of the module and achieve rapid installation. According to the invention, due to the design of the sound absorption cavity, the contact surface with the wheel hub is reduced, the elasticity of the contact surface is increased, and the sound absorption cavity is self-adaptive to the projection and inclined surface structures in the wheel hub andcan absorb the noise in the wheel hub; and due to the design of the sound absorption structure, the cavity structure formed after the tire and the hub are connected can be changed, the regular spaceis changed into the irregular space to damage the transmission of sound waves and vibration, a large number of irregular asymmetric designs are adopted, and the shock absorption and shock absorption performance is enhanced at one end of the spoke of the wheel hub.

    本发明提出了一体式轮毂减震降噪结构,包括弹性模组本体,弹性模组本体自适应包裹在轮毂的外表面上形成复合材料结构,弹性模组本体的内壁与轮毂表面形成有吸音空腔,弹性模组本体的外壁上设置有吸音结构,采用弹性材料制成一体成型的弹性模组本体,利用材料的弹性将轮毂包裹,防止模组出现打滑现象并实现快速安装;吸音空腔的设计降低与轮毂的接触面,增加接触面弹力,自适应轮毂内部的凸起及斜面结构,同时能够吸收轮毂内的噪音;此外吸音结构的设计能够改变轮胎和轮毂连接后的空腔结构,将规则空间变为不规则空间,破坏声波和震动的传递,不规则非对称设计将被大量采用,并在轮毂条幅一端强化吸震减震性。
