The high-precision positioning module is used for acquiring high-precision position information of the vehicle; the resolving module is used for continuously calculating the included angles formed by the position points corresponding to the three continuous moments according to the high-precision position information; the processor is used for generating the vehicle collision state instruction when the included angles are less than the first angle; and the reporting module is used for reporting the instruction in real time.
