The invention relates to the technical field of high-precision positioning, and discloses a vehicle monitoring method based on high-precision positioning. The method comprises the following steps: obtaining high-precision position information of a vehicle; according to the high-precision position information, continuously calculating and acquiring included angles formed by position points corresponding to three continuous moments, and if the included angles are less than a first angle, generating a collision state instruction; and reporting the collision state instruction in real time. Meanwhile, the invention also discloses a vehicle monitoring device based on high-precision positioning. The device comprises the following modules: a high-precision positioning module, a resolving module, aprocessor, and a reporting module. The high-precision positioning module is used for acquiring high-precision position information of the vehicle; the resolving module is used for continuously calculating the included angles formed by the position points corresponding to the three continuous moments according to the high-precision position information; the processor is used for generating the vehicle collision state instruction when the included angles are less than the first angle; and the reporting module is used for reporting the instruction in real time.

    本发明涉及高精度定位技术领域,公开了一种基于高精度定位的车辆监控方法,包括以下步骤:获取所述车辆的高精度位置信息;根据所述高精度位置信息,持续计算得到三个连续时刻对应的位置点形成的夹角,若所述夹角小于第一角度,则生成碰撞状态指令;将所述碰撞状态指令实时上报。同时,还公开了一种基于高精度定位的车辆监控装置,包括以下模块:高精度定位模块、解算模块、处理器以及上报模块;高精度定位模块用于获取所述车辆的高精度位置信息;解算模块用于根据所述高精度位置信息,持续计算三个连续时刻对应的位置点形成的夹角;处理器用于当所述夹角小于第一角度时,生成车辆碰撞状态指令;上报模块用于将所述指令实时上报。
