The existing vehicle safe driving warning system has some problems, such as limited sight distance, high implementation cost, complex technology, and so on. Aiming at these problems, this paper develops a vehicle driving early warning system based on smartphone high-precision positioning. The system can obtain high-precision positioning data through mobile RTK (real-time kinematic) positioning and real-time solution, determine the lane position of each vehicle, and release vehicle safe driving warning information in real time through the vehicle information of the whole road network on the cloud platform. Through the test of positioning accuracy of smartphone self-developed program, the results show that smartphone can realize sub-meter lane positioning under various observation conditions. As the terminal of vehicle driving early warning system, it releases early warning information timely and effectively. This system has strong practicability, low technical cost, and easy product upgrading. It also has practical application value.
