The invention discloses a connection unlocking mechanism based on worm transmission, and belongs to the technical field of aerospace machinery design. The problems that an existing initiating explosive device can only be used once, large impact can be generated in the acting process of the initiating explosive device and chemical gas released after explosion of the initiating explosive device haspollution are solved. A screw rod is simultaneously arranged on two connecting plates in a penetrating manner, one end of the screw rod is in coaxial non-self-locking threaded connection with a worm wheel, the other end of the screw rod is in threaded connection with a loading nut, the two connecting plates are in close contact through the worm wheel and the loading nut, the worm, the worm wheel and an electromagnet are all arranged on one side of the first connecting plate, the worm is meshed with the worm wheel, a protrusion is fixedly arranged at one end of the worm, and an armature in theelectromagnet is matched with the protrusion in the stretching-out state to achieve circumferential limiting of the worm. The electromagnet is used for replacing the initiating explosive device to serve as a trigger, so unlocking impact is reduced, combustion smoke pollution is avoided, and reusability is high.

    一种基于蜗杆传动的连接解锁机构,属于航天机械设计技术领域。本发明解决了现有的火工分离装置只能使用一次,其做动过程中会产生较大的冲击,且火工品爆炸后所释放出的化学气体具有污染性的问题。螺杆同时穿装在两个连接板上,且螺杆的一端与蜗轮同轴非自锁螺纹连接,螺杆的另一端与加载螺母螺纹连接,两个连接板通过蜗轮及加载螺母实现紧密接触,所述蜗杆、所述蜗轮及所述电磁铁均布置在第一连接板的一侧,且所述蜗杆与所述蜗轮啮合,蜗杆的一端固设有凸起,电磁铁内的衔铁伸出状态下与所述凸起配合实现对蜗杆的周向限位。利用电磁铁替代火工品作为触发器,降低解锁冲击,无燃烧烟气污染,可重复利用性强。
