The invention discloses a seamless upshift control method for a hybrid power system. The seamless upshift control method comprises the following steps: staging according to the working process of a clutch, and controlling the torque of a front-end motor and an engine so as to adjust the rotating speed of the engine. The method has the following advantages: power interruption in the gear shifting process is avoided or weakened, and the feeling of a driver and passengers for power interruption is weakened; the rotating speed of the engine is adjusted through torque control, and the impact feeling at the beginning or the end of gear shifting is avoided; in the gear shifting process, part or all of energy used by a rear-end motor is provided by power generation of the front-end motor, the discharge requirement of a battery under the working condition is reduced or eliminated, the dependence on the battery is reduced, and the efficiency loss caused by the battery is also reduced; and the rotating speed of the engine is adjusted through torque control, so that when the clutch is locked, the speed difference between the rotating speed of the engine and the rotating speed of an input shaftis reduced, the service life of the clutch can be greatly prolonged, or the clutch with lower cost can be adopted.

    本发明揭示了一种混动系统无缝升挡控制方法,包括根据离合器的工作过程分阶段步骤,以及控制前端电机和发动机扭矩继而调整发动机的转速的步骤。本发明的有益效果主要体现在:解决或者弱化换挡过程中的动力中断,弱化了驾乘者对于动力中断的感受;通过扭矩控制调整发动机的转速,解决换挡开始或者结束时的冲击感;换挡过程中,后端电机使用的能量部分或全部由前端电机发电提供,减少或者消除该工况下电池的放电需求,降低了对电池的依赖度,导致因电池产生的效率损失也将减少;通过扭矩控制调整发动机的转速,使得离合器闭锁时,发动机转速与输入轴转速之间的速差变小,则可以大大提升离合器的使用寿命,或可采用成本更低的离合器。
