The invention discloses a hybrid electric vehicle power upshift process control method which comprises the following steps: in an oil charge phase, controlling the oil pressure of an OG clutch and the oil pressure of an OC clutch; in the torque phase, in order to keep the output torque of the transmission constant, the motor torque is controlled based on the output torque to increase the input torque, and the OG clutch and the OC clutch are cooperatively controlled to complete torque exchange; in the speed phase, the motor torque is controlled to be reduced based on the target angular acceleration of the input shaft, and the torque reduction value of the motor is cancelled after the slip frequency of the OC clutch is reduced to 0; and in the locking phase, the oil pressure of the OC clutch is controlled to lock the clutch. According to the method, the input torque is calculated based on the transmission output torque in the four stages of the powered upshift process, the output torque can be controlled to be kept unchanged, the powered upshift process is controlled through the motor auxiliary torque, the gear shifting time is effectively shortened, sliding friction work in the gear shifting process is reduced, gear shifting impact is reduced, and the gear shifting efficiency is improved. And the riding comfort is improved.

    本发明公开了一种混合动力汽车有动力升挡过程控制方法,在充油相,对OG离合器的油压和OC离合器的油压进行控制;在扭矩相,为使变速器输出扭矩保持恒定,基于输出扭矩控制电机扭矩使输入扭矩升高,并协同控制OG离合器和OC离合器完成扭矩交换;在速度相,基于输入轴目标角加速度控制电机扭矩降低,OC离合器滑差降为0后撤销电机的降扭值;在锁止相,控制OC离合器油压使其锁止。本发明在有动力升挡过程中的四个阶段,基于变速器输出扭矩来计算输入扭矩,有利于控制输出扭矩保持不变,通过电机辅助扭矩控制有动力升挡过程,有效地缩短了换挡时间并降低了换挡过程中的滑摩功,减小了换挡冲击,提高了乘坐舒适性。
