The method comprises the steps of when obtaining current first three-axis state data of a three-axis magnetic torquer, generating second three-axis state data based on the first three-axis state data, indicating the three-axis magnetic torquer to generate a corresponding magnetic moment according to the second three-axis state data, so that the angular momentum data of the satellite is changed, at the moment, according to the first three-axis state data, the second three-axis state data, the first three-axis state data and the second three-axis state data, determining the correct magnetic moment direction for reducing the angular momentum of the satellite, generating corresponding target three-axis state data, and indicating the three-axis magnetic torquer to generate a corresponding magnetic moment according to the target three-axis state data, so that the angular momentum of the satellite can be effectively reduced.
