To achieve weight saving of a magnetic torquer while securing desired rigidity with a comparatively simple structure.SOLUTION: A magnetic torquer includes: an electromagnet part 2 having an electromagnet 2b; and a tabular member 1 having a single metal plate bent so as to cover the electromagnet 2. The tabular member 1 has: a holding part 201 for holding the electromagnet part 2; a fixation part 101 for attaching the tabular member 1 to a spacecraft; and a through hole 301 attached with a connection terminal 1b for supplying electric power from the spacecraft to the electromagnet 2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
