The invention provides an active control method for an airplane joystick. The airplane joystick is at least connected to one driving motor, force feedback can be provided for the airplane joystick through the driving motor, and the active control method comprises the steps of obtaining acting force applied to the aircraft control stick, angular displacement of the driving motor providing the forcefeedback of the aircraft control stick and current flight parameters of an aircraft; and determining the output force of the driving motor according to the acting force, the angular displacement andthe flight parameters, and determining the feedback displacement of the steering column according to the output force. According to the active control method and device for the airplane joystick, thereal driving feeling closest to the flight state can be provided for an aircraft driver.
