The invention discloses a weighing method with dynamic calibration for a weighing forklift. According to the technical scheme, the method is characterized by comprising zero calibration, the fork armcarrier does not carry articles; meanwhile, in the process that the forklift drives the fork arm carrier to be lifted, the weighing sensor continuously detects the acting force generated when the forklift chain drives the fork arm carrier to be lifted, weighing signals measured by the weighing sensor are collected through the collecting module to form a set of weighing data, then the weighing dataare analyzed and calculated, and a zero calibration value is worked out; the weighing data analysis and calculation method comprises the steps that N connected original sampling values are taken forwards to be regarded as a queue during value taking each time, arithmetic average operation is conducted on the numerical value of the queue, and the highest numerical value in average dynamic weighingdata is regarded as the final zero calibration numerical value. According to the weighing method, accurate weighing can be realized by utilizing the weighing sensor.

    本发明公开了一种带动态校准的称重叉车用称重方法,其技术方案要点是包括有零点校准:货叉架不载物品,同时叉车带动货叉架提升的过程中,称重传感器持续检测叉车链条带动货叉架提升时的作用力,并且利用采集模块将称重传感器测出的称重信号采集起来,形成一组称重数据,再对称重数据进行分析计算,算出零点校准数值;称重数据分析计算方法为:每次取值时向前取N个相连的原始采样值看成一个队列,并且对该队列数值进行算术平均运算,将平均动态称重数据中最高数值为最终零点校准数值。该称重方法能够利用称重传感器实现精确称重。
