The invention discloses a safe hoisting device. The device comprises a hoisting box, wherein a guide rail is arranged on a lower side of the hoisting box, a first transmission cavity is formed in thehoisting box, a second transmission cavity is formed on an inner wall of the rear side of the first transmission cavity, a steel cable storage cavity is formed in an inner wall of a rear side of a second transmission cavity, and a third transmission cavity is formed on the inner wall of the left side of the steel cable storage cavity. The device is simple in structure, convenient to operate, the hoisting action of a crane and the moving action of the crane are mechanically interlocked in a manner that a poking block is clamped by an inclined ejection block, a problem that dangerous operation exists when an operator operates the hoisting crane to lift a heavy object and moves the hoisting crane at the same time is solved, moreover, the function of decelerating the hoisting crane when the descending speed of the hoisting crane is too high due to the fact that the weight of the heavy object is too large when the hoisting crane descends the heavy object is achieved, and safety of the hoisting crane in the running process is greatly improved.

    本发明公开了一种安全化的起重设备,包括起重箱,所述起重箱下侧设有导轨,所述起重箱内设有第一传动腔,所述第一传动腔后侧内壁上设有第二传动腔,所述第二传动腔后侧内壁上设有钢索储存腔,所述钢索储存腔左侧内壁设有第三传动腔;本发明结构简单,操作便捷,通过斜顶块卡死拨块的方式机械互锁起重机的吊装起重动作与起重机的移动动作,解决操作人员存在操作吊装起重机在升降重物的同时移动吊装起重机的危险操作的问题,同时实现了吊装起重机在下降重物时因重物重量过大导致下降速度过快时对其进行减速的功能,极大的提高吊装起重机在运行过程中的安全性。
