The invention discloses a safe building hoisting device. The safe building hoisting device comprises a fixing block fixedly mounted on the lower end face of a suspension. A first rectangular groove with a rightward opening is formed in the fixing block. A winch shaft extending leftwards and in power connection with a motor is rotationally mounted in the left end wall of the first rectangular groove. A second rectangular groove with a rightward opening is formed in the winch shaft. A first electric connecting piece connected with the motor in series is fixedly mounted on the left end wall of the second rectangular groove. A first rectangular block is slidably mounted in the first rectangular groove. A rotating groove with a leftward opening is formed in the first rectangular block. A speedreduction assembly used for reducing the rotating speed of the winch shaft is mounted in the rotating groove. Locking grooves are formed in the right sides of the upper end wall and the lower end wallof the first rectangular groove. A locking assembly used for locking the first rectangular block in the first rectangular groove is arranged on the right side of the first rectangular block. A safetyprotection assembly is arranged on the left side of the first rectangular groove.
