The invention discloses a drive axle and a sleeve flange thereof. The sleeve flange comprises a disc body and a pipe body arranged at the right end of the disc body. The disc body comprises a plurality of boss parts which are sequentially arranged at intervals in the circumferential direction and connecting parts connected between the adjacent boss parts. The right end face of the connecting partis located on the left sides of the right end faces of the boss parts, a first rib part extending in the circumferential direction is arranged between the right end faces of the boss parts and the outer circumferential face of the pipe body, and a second rib part extending in the circumferential direction is arranged between the right end face of the connecting part and the outer circumferential face of the pipe body. In the application state of the sleeve flange, the first rib part and the second rib part jointly bear stress, so that the sleeve flange has high strength and meets the lightweight design requirement. Moreover, the first rib parts and the second rib parts extend in the circumferential direction instead of the axial direction, so that too high protrusions are not formed in theaxial direction, forging forming is quite suitable, and compared with welding forming and casting forming, forging forming is easier to guarantee the machining quality of the casing flange.
本发明公开了一种驱动桥及其套管法兰,套管法兰包括盘体和设于盘体右端的管体,盘体包括多个沿周向依次间隔设置的凸台部和连在相邻凸台部之间的连接部,连接部的右端面位于凸台部的右端面左侧,凸台部的右端面与管体的外周面之间设有沿周向延伸的第一筋部,连接部的右端面与管体的外周面之间设有沿周向延伸的第二筋部。该套管法兰应用状态下,由第一筋部和第二筋部共同承担应力,因而具有较高的强度,且符合轻量化设计要求。并且,由于第一筋部和第二筋部均沿周向延伸,而非沿轴向延伸,所以在轴向上不会形成过高的凸起,因而非常适于锻造成型,锻造成型相比焊接成型和铸造成型,更易保证套管法兰的加工质量。
