The system comprises a pre-charging circuit module, an energy storage circuit module, an inverter circuit module, a filter circuit module and a control circuit module. The pre-charging circuit module is connected with the energy storage circuit module, and the pre-charging circuit module is used for carrying out current limiting processing on capacitor charging current at the moment when a power supply is switched on; the energy storage circuit module is further connected with the inverter circuit module, the inverter circuit module is further connected with the filter circuit module, and the filter circuit module is used for smoothing the current output by the conversion circuit module; the control circuit module is used for inputting modulation square waves to the inverter circuit module, and the inverter circuit module is used for adjusting the voltage duty ratio according to level signals in the modulation square waves. According to the invention, an inductor integrated design is adopted, double closed-loop and multiple control is adopted, inner loop adjustment is added, so that the stability of a charger power supply circuit can be improved, the size is reduced, and the performance is improved.
