The invention provides an electricity taking device of a steel grabbing machine. The device comprises a sliding contact line, a guide rail and a cable drum assembly, the sliding contact line is suspended above a walking area of the steel grabbing machine; the guide rail is arranged along the length direction of the sliding contact wire; the cable drum assembly comprises an electric trolley, an electric conductor, a cable, a winding drum body and a drum motor, wherein the electric trolley is matched with the guide rail and can run along the guide rail; one part of the electric conductor is in electric contact with the sliding contact line, and the other part is fixed with the electric trolley; when the electric trolley runs along the guide rail, the electric conductor synchronously moves along with the electric trolley, and one part of the electric conductor moves on the sliding contact line; the cable is wound on the winding drum body, the winding drum body is connected with the electric trolley, one end of the cable is electrically connected with the electric conductor, and the other end of the cable is provided with a plug inserted into a socket on the steel grabbing machine. According to the electricity taking device of the steel grabbing machine, the working range of the steel grabbing machine can be greatly expanded, and the working efficiency of the steel grabbing machineis improved.
本发明提出了一种抓钢机的取电装置,包括滑触线、导轨和电缆卷筒组件,滑触线悬空布置在抓钢机行走区域的上方;导轨沿滑触线的长度方向布置;电缆卷筒组件包括电动小车、导电体、电缆、卷筒本体和卷筒电机;其中,电动小车与导轨配合且可沿导轨行驶;导电体的一部分与滑触线电接触,另一部分与电动小车固定;当电动小车沿导轨行驶时,导电体跟随电动小车同步移动且导电体的一部分在滑触线上移动;电缆卷绕在卷筒本体上,卷筒本体与电动小车相连,电缆的一端与导电体电连接,另一端设有用于插设在抓钢机上的插座中的插头。本发明的抓钢机的取电装置能够极大地扩大抓钢机的工作范围,提高抓钢机的作业效率。
