The invention discloses an unmanned aerial vehicle laser radar aviation data remote measurement and analysis system based on satellite communication. The system comprises the steps of scanning a target area to obtain scanning data; establishing a target area three-dimensional model based on the scanning data, and combining the target area three-dimensional model with topographic landscape data toform a power line asset management platform; establishing an asset management database based on the power asset information, and adding the topological relation of the target area three-dimensional model and the power asset information in the power line asset management platform by a mobile workstation; based on the data returned by monitoring equipment on an electric tower in the target area, performing power analysis based on the video monitoring data; sending the video monitoring data and the data in the power line asset management platform to a command center; and comparing the video monitoring data with three-dimensional point cloud data, and evaluating the disaster situation of the target area based on the comparison result. The system can automatically, efficiently and accurately monitor and analyze the disaster situation of the power line.

    本发明公开了基于卫星通信的无人机激光雷达航空数据遥测与分析系统,包括:对目标区域进行扫描,获得扫描数据;基于扫描数据建立目标区域三维模型,将目标区域三维模型与地形景观数据结合组成电力线路资产管理平台;基于电力资产信息建立资产管理数据库,移动工作站在电力线路资产管理平台中增加目标区域三维模型的拓扑关系和电力资产信息;基于目标区域电塔上的监控设备传回的数据,基于视频监控数据进行电力分析;将视频监控数据以及电力线路资产管理平台中的数据发送至指挥中心;将视频监控数据以及三维点云数据进行对比,基于对比结果对目标区域的灾害情况进行评估;系统能够自动高效且准确的对电力线路灾害情况进行监测与分析。
