The invention discloses an hoisting method of an integral assembly type prefabricated part. The hoisting method is characterized in that when the prefabricated part is assembled by using the method, ahoisting ring used for hoisting and a limiting ring used for limiting the inclination of the prefabricated part are arranged on the prefabricated part; during hoisting, a multifunctional hoisting tool is adopted, hoisting is carried out; a lifting lug used for being connected with hoisting equipment is arranged at the top of the multifunctional hoisting tool, the lifting lug is connected with a hook on the hoisting equipment through a hoisting sling, a hoisting beam used for hoisting the prefabricated part is arranged at the bottom of the multifunctional hoisting tool, a hoisting hole is formed on the hoisting beam, the hoisting hole is connected with one end of a part hoisting sling; and the other end of the part hoisting sling penetrates through the limiting ring and is connected with the hoisting ring on the prefabricated part. The hoisting method of the integral assembly type prefabricated part has the advantages of high construction efficiency, green and environment-friendly construction process, material saving and the like, and the construction quality and the construction progress of assembly type buildings can be improved.

    本发明公开了一种装配式预制构件的整体吊装方法,该方法在装配预制构件时,在预制构件上设置用于吊装的吊环,以及用于限制预制构件倾斜的限位环;吊装时采用多功能吊具进行吊装;多功能吊具顶部设有用于连接起重设备的吊耳,吊耳经起重吊索与起重设备上的挂钩连接;多功能吊具底部设有用于吊装预制构件的吊梁,吊梁上设有吊孔,吊孔与构件吊索一端连接;构件吊索另一端穿过限位环与预制构件上的吊环连接。本发明具有施工效率高、施工过程绿色环保、节约材料等优势,可提高装配式建筑施工质量、施工进度。
