The invention provides a fixed support and state setting method for an airplane fatigue verification spectrum test. The method comprises the steps: after the neutral position of an aileron/horizontaltail/rudder control system in front of an aircraft booster and a composite steering engine is adjusted and confirmed, setting related fatigue test fake parts and control system states in sequence according to the fatigue verification spectrum test requirements and test sequence of the aileron/horizontal tail/rudder control system; after a fatigue test verification spectrum test of an aircraft booster and composite steering engine front aileron/horizontal tail/rudder control system, firstly, adjusting and confirming an aileron/horizontal tail/rudder control system behind the aircraft booster and the composite steering engine and a movable control surface of the aileron/horizontal tail/rudder control system to be in neutral positions, and then, according to the fatigue verification spectrumtest requirements and the test sequence of the aileron/horizontal tail/rudder control system, setting the related fatigue test fake parts, boosters, a composite steering engine rear control system andthe movable control surface state of the composite steering engine rear control system in sequence.

    本申请提供一种飞机疲劳验证谱试验的固定支持及状态设置方法,所述方法包括:在调整并确认飞机助力器及复合舵机前的副翼/平尾/方向舵操纵系统中立位置后,针对副翼/平尾/方向舵操纵系统疲劳验证谱试验要求及试验顺序,先后对相关的疲劳试验假件及操纵系统状态进行设置;在完成飞机助力器及复合舵机前副翼/平尾/方向舵操纵系统疲劳试验验证谱试验后,首先调整并确认飞机助力器及复合舵机后的副翼/平尾/方向舵操纵系统及其活动舵面均为中立位置后,再分别针对副翼/平尾/方向舵操纵系统疲劳验证谱试验要求及试验顺序,先后对相关的疲劳试验假件、助力器及复合舵机后操纵系统及其活动舵面状态进行设置。
